Queen of the Night

I haven't used the Photoshop to paint the whole painting for a year. Actually, the idea of this painting is came from that... I wanted to paint graceful and elegant floating hair and night scene. Just that.

Overall, it is quiet an experience. Well, I knew I could do more with the background and some part of details, but I am kind of tired of painting this one by using unfamiliar material. Therefore, I decided to stop at this point before I became too crazy on this one.

Notation of Birthday song card

I used the notation of birthday song to make the background of this birthday card.

This one definitely is my favorite birthday card so far.

I just love it so much! <3

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day to every couple and single person!

I really enjoyed painted this Valentine's girl this time!

And I love the Chocolate text with strawberry pattern in the background.

To save some time, I used the Photoshop to help me with all text instead of writing by myself most of the time.

Rest is also important during the travel.

Another birthday card for a dear friend.

illustrated by watercolor and ink.

Because she was graduated in Japanese major, I wrote the Happy Birthday in Japanese on the beside sign.

Oops (first painting of 2014)

My first illustration of this year.

I really love the shirt I paint. That's my favorite part!

I think I probably should darken the dark side more.

I'm still considering the cropping. Maybe this way below? I will keep thinking.

Birthday Cake Card

OMG, I miss traditional materials so much! I'm just kind of tried of illustrating digital stuff for job. It feels really great to do some traditional work sometimes. :)
