Well, sorry that I haven't done much personal work recently.
Here's a new painting for a friend. The idea is based on and revised from an incident what my friend ran into.
I think the title has explained what happened, so I don't need to explain more! XD
I tried to use Photoshop instead of Illustrator which I used to use. I hope to add a paint brush texture into the painting.

Xmas Blessing in Bottle
Somehow I want to try the illustration without the ink outline this time, so here it is.
The concept for this card is to collect all the lovely Christmas elements and put into a bottle, which you can give someone you love this warm Xmas blessing bottle!
I personally think the Santa and the reindeer are so adorable!!!
Without the ink outline, it took longer time to finish but it is worth it.
I used the watercolor and colored pencils for this card.

The Shadow of Fairy Tale (Sleeping Beauty)
This piece is born because I bought a few new inks! I saw some special handmade inks made by Taiwanese artist Blaze Wu.
I hope to use those inks very well, therefore, I came up with the shadow of fairy tale idea. This might come up as a series. I hope at least I can go through 5 pieces.
We'll see...
The ink I used for this piece is called Dragon Scales. It is pretty much a dark warm green with gold powder.
I guess the word of 'Dragon' probably influenced me to decide to paint the story of sleeping beauty for this one...
Anyway, love and enjoy this illustration!
